he Museum offers space for private meetings, receptions and parties.  The 1940’s Art Deco Bethany Station is an ideal place to hold your next event. Unlike the cookie cutter hotel environment, Bethany Station is steeped in history and offers a unique setting for groups of up to 250.

Block Pavilion offers space for dinners, receptions, lectures and parties.  It can be set for a formal dinner accommodating 120 guests at comfortable round tables with ample room for your entertainment.  The reception area adjacent to the Pavilion offers an ideal space for your guests to gather and enjoy refreshments. Private docent-led tours of the Museum are available on request.  The room can also be set auditorium style providing space for lectures and meetings for 150 people.

Haehnle Hall is another option.  It is smaller than Block Pavilion and offers many of the same amenities.

Just 30 minutes from downtown Cincinnati or downtown Dayton, you will find easy access from both I-75 and I-71.  There is ample parking and a barrier-free entrance to make your guests’ visit hassle free.
