We were excited to host about 25 teachers representing grades K-12 from the Lakota School District. They were exploring how resources in the museum could augment their curriculum, and we were interested in learning how the museum could better serve the community, particularly schools. This was the first time the district held an off-campus In-service Day and they were encouraged by the visit. Enthusiasm resulted from touring the museum and learning about our fascinating history, our technology exhibits and how local innovation changed the world.
